The Website is provided as a public service to deliver government information, facilitate access to City services, promote transparency and civic engagement, and comply with legal mandates regarding public notice and posting of government operational information.

Users rely on information at their own risk.  The City disclaims liability for service interruptions, carrier delays, delivery failures, technical malfunctions, system outages, cybersecurity incidents, or unauthorized access beyond its reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the City shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Website. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, statutory, or punitive damages, and the City expressly retains all applicable governmental immunity and limitations of liability provided by law.

The Website does not permit commercial advertising, nor does it endorse private businesses or services. The Website may reference external entities solely for public service purposes.

All Website content is the property of the City unless otherwise noted.  Users may view, download, and print content for personal or governmental use; however, users may not reproduce or distribute content for commercial purposes without express written permission from the Mayor. 

Acceptable Use and Security

Users agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems; disrupt or damage the Website; or upload malicious code or harmful content. 

Users may not attempt to probe or test system vulnerabilities, interfere with service operation, or access data without authorization

Violations of the terms of use herein may subject violators to sanctions or criminal prosecution. 

Public Communications / First Amendment Considerations

To the extent the Website or associated platforms allow public interaction:

• Such forums constitute limited public forums 
• The City may moderate content consistent with applicable law 
• Content that is unlawful, threatening, obscene, or not protected by the First Amendment may be removed

The City does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to the Website or its services. The Website may be unavailable due to maintenance, system upgrades, technical failures, or vendor outages.
