UDC Amendments & Proposed New Base Zoning Districts

On April 28, 2026, the City of St. George City Council approved an ordinance amending Title 7 Unified Development Code to establish new base zoning districts, update allowed uses and dimensional standards, and reorganize select sections. This action includes rezoning all property within the city to the new base zoning districts (Case Nos. T-26-0001 & Z-26-0001).

The newly adopted zoning map and updated UDC are currently being finalized and will be available online upon publication of the adopted ordinance.

Please contact the Planning & Zoning Department for zoning verification or UDC-related questions in the meantime.
